My name is Katie, & I am a yoga and barre teacher based in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. Whether you are new to yoga, an experienced practitioner or have found me as you are returning to yoga after a period of illness, you are all welcome on the mat. My intention is to create a safe & relaxed space for everyone to explore their relationship both with themselves and the practice of yoga on, and off the mat.
My practice is a fusion of a background in dance and a love of Vinyasa Yoga. I bring a fluid & creative approach to my classes, encouraging strength building and a connection to our bodies through continuous movement. Understanding the fragility but also the strength within each individual, I am passionate about exploring how movement can be used to help heal both our body and mind.
