I am a Vinyasa Yoga and Barre Teacher based in Edinburgh, Scotland.  I found my way to yoga through the rehabilitation of a ballet injury 5 years ago however I quickly realised how transformative it can be both for the mind and body. As for so many, it took a major event in my life to make me step back, reassess my path and choose a life that really cultivates health, discipline, happiness and community. I had a desire for some time to learn more about the practice & begin my yoga teacher training and so when Helen Gillespie & Demelza Feltham of MUDRA announced their 200HR YTT programme, the journey began! 

After years of dancing I bring a playful approach to my yoga classes, encouraging strength building and body awareness through continuous movement. I have first hand experience  of the fragility but also strength within each person and have a passion to show you how we can use movement to help heal both our mind and body. 

As someone living with an inflammatory bowel disease, I hope to bring awareness to the condition through my blog showing that it is possible to live a full, happy and loving life. I share travel tips, recipes and yoga flows as well as documenting the reality of life with IBD.
